Rewards Program Terms

Effective for the review prototype only. This is not legal advice and requires authorized business and legal approval before launch.

Program structure

The review prototype demonstrates an eight-visit cycle. Visits one through three show progress; visit four unlocks an intermediate reward; visits five through seven continue progress; visit eight unlocks the primary reward. A new cycle begins after the visit-eight reward is redeemed.

Qualifying visits

Only authorized staff may record qualifying visits. Public QR codes, customer enrollment, and rewards-card lookup never award a visit.

Demonstration rewards

The displayed visit-four and visit-eight rewards are demonstration values pending owner approval. Eligible services, expiration rules, combination rules, redemption requirements, and final limitations must be defined before launch.

Redemption

Staff verifies and redeems unlocked rewards. The salon may require identification or other reasonable verification in a production program.
